Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date.
To be eligible, items must be:

- In original packaging (if applicable)
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Personalized or custom-made products
Clearance or final sale items
Gift cards

Refunds:

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 5–7 business days for the refund to process after the return is received and approved.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges:

Exchanges may be made for equal or lesser value items, subject to availability.
